13. Appointment of Dean.
(1)There shall be a Dean of the Institute who shall be appointed by the Governing Body from amongst the Professors of the Institute.(2)The Dean shall assist the Director in academic affairs of the Institute and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as may be laid down in the regulations.
