Section 18(1) in The Meghalaya Maintenance Of Public Under (Autonomous Districts) Act

(1)The Assam Maintenance of Public Order Act, 1947, as applicable, in the Autonomous Districts specified in part 'A' of the table appended to paragraph 20 of the Sixth Schedule is hereby repealed.
