Section 7 in Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University Act, 1987
7. University open to all classes.
- The University shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, be open to all persons irrespective of their caste, creed, race, class or sex:Provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to prevent the University from making any special provision of reservation for persons belonging to scheduled castes or scheduled tribes or any other weaker sections of the society.
