(3)Procedure for applying for Class "B" registration in respect of institutionally qualified practitioners as per sub-section (4a) of section 20 of the Act shall be as follows:-'(i)A practitioner who has been awarded a three years diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy by a recognized college/university/institution as per sub-section (4a) of Section 20 of the Act, may apply for Class-B registration to the competent authority in form III A along with the documentary evidence of the professional qualification obtained:(ii)after verification of the details contained in the application including the documentary evidence submitted, the Council shall call the eligible candidates for registration on payment of prescribed fees.
