ORDER
FACTS:
1. The appellant sought the month-wise details of employees of M/s. ATS Chem, Rasipuram (Code No.:CBSLM0071750000) regarding payment of provident fund for the years 2006 to 2017. The CPIO replied that the information sought is voluminous in nature and hence offered inspection of the files to the appellant.
Decision :
2. The appellant stated that he required the details of number of employees working at the company for framing arguments in pending matter before court of law. The appellant specified that he required information for the period 2006 to 2008.
3. The officer explained that the data sought by the appellant is not maintained in month-wise format and three weeks time is required in order to extract the information sought.

4. The Commission directs the CPIO to provide the number of employee working at M/s. ATS Chem, Rasipuram (Code No.:CBSLM0071750000) from 2006 to 2008, within 21 days.
