Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved, pursuant to a compromise dated 27.09.2015 (Annexure A-1), nothing substantive survives in this petition and the same be disposed as having become infructuous.
Accordingly, the application is allowed and the civil revision is taken on board. And, the same is disposed as having become infructuous.
