8. Revision against suspension of licence of broker, [Section 9(5) and (22)(2)(e)]
. - (1) Where a fair officer passes an order suspending or cancelling the licence of a broker under sub-section (4) of section 9 of the Act, he shall immediately send a copy of the order to the Deputy Commissioner and shall also serve a copy of the order on the broker concerned.(2)The Deputy Commissioner may suo moto or on an application made to him in this behalf revise any order passed by the fair officer.
