Section 37(3) in Gujarat Elementary Education Rules, 2010
(3)If the President is unable, or for any reason fails to preside over the meeting, the members present shall elect from amongst themselves a Chairman for the meeting. Such Chairman shall preside over the meeting, until the Chairman of the Education Committee has been elected.
