Awards so result of M.Tech thesis of NSIT students received are tabulated, compared, scrutinized after receiving the award list of M.Tech and the result is prepared. The result so thesis? prepared is declared normally within ten days.
The whole process till declaration of result takes about three months time. It takes more time in case some discrepancies are detected either in roll no., subject code, name of the student etc.
(b). How much minimum time does Faculty of Awards are submitted by the examiners (NSIT) Technology (DU) take to declare the to the Faculty of Technology. Awards so result of M.Tech thesis of NSIT students received are tabulated, compared, scrutinized after receiving the award list of M.Tech and the result is prepared. Grounds for First Appeal:
No information received from the PIO within 30 days. The information provided by the PIO to the Complainant was wrong, incomplete and misleading.

The information provided to the Complainant was misleading and wrong.

The following were present:
Appellant: Mr. Sandeep Kumar Respondent: Mr. Jay Chanda, PIO; Mr. H.H.Baa, Dy. Registrar & Faculty Technology; The PIO has provided the list of candidates in response to query c & d of the application which is apparently wrong. The PIO feels that these are typographical error. The Appellant points out that even after the First Appeal this was not corrected. This appears to show certain carelessness in the approach and this is likely to invite the penal provision of Section 20(1) of the RTI Act. The PIO and the Deemed PIOs are warned to be careful when giving the information.
Decision:
The appeal is allowed.
The PIO will give the information before 10 October 2009.
This decision is announced in open chamber. Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
