Section 13(3) in Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 2003
(3)Nothing in this regulation shall apply to(a)evidence given at an inquiry before an authority appointed by the Commission or Central Government, Parliament or a State Legislature; or.(b)Evidence given in any judicial enquiry; or(c)Evidence given at any departmental enquiry ordered by authorities subordinate to the Commission.
