Section 28 in Uttar Pradesh Muslim Waqfs Act, 1960
28. Savings.
- A waqf registered before the commencement of this Act under the U.P. Muslim Waqfs Act, 1936 (U.P. Act XIII of 1936), shall be deemed to have been registered under the provisions of this Act.
