(3)Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1) and (2), an employee may be required or allowed to work in a residential hotel, restaurant or eating-house on the day which may be notified under sub-section (3) or Section 14 in excess of the period fixed under sub-section (1) if such additional period does not exceed three hours on any day.] [Substituted by M.P.
