Section 3(9) in Ramchandra Chandravansi University Act, 2018
(9)The University shall not receive any grant-in-aid or other financial assistance from the State Government or the Central Government.Provided that, the State Government or the Central Government may provide financial support, including through grants or otherwise(a)for research, development and other activities for which other State Government organizations are provided financial assistance, or(b)for any specific research or programme based activity.
