Section 9(iii) in Uttar Pradesh Roadside Land Control Act, 1945
(iii)the market value of the land shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition act, 1894 (1 of 1894), which shall, for the purpose of this act, be deemed to be modified as indicated in the Schedule annexed to this Act.
