Section 5(o) in The Delhi Electricity Supply Code And Performance Standards Regulations, 2007
(o)Any other category of commercial consumers not specified/covered in any other category in this Section(ii)All connections up to a load of 10 kW shall be serviced through a Single Phase 230 V, 50 Hz supply and connections above 10 kW and upto 100 kW shall be provided with a three phase 400 V, 50 Hz. supply. Wherever three phase supply is required for loads below 10 KW, necessary justification shall be provided alongwith such request for consideration of Licensee for extending such supply.
