                              ORDER

1. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks time to file his objections to the 4th Respondent's report dated 19.06.2025. In the meanwhile, the report states that there were two communications sent to the Registrar of the Hyderabad Central University, dated 23.01.2025 and 04.04.2025, seeking allotment of land for the purpose of constructing the STP. However, the same was not responded to by the HMWSSB, as has been stated in the report.

2. Hence, the applicant is directed to verify whether if any response was sent to them and, if so, to furnish a copy of the same. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would state that the transaction with the University is not yet complete. If that is so, the State is deemed to be the owner of the land though the possession continues to be with the University.

3. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate for the HMWSSB and the applicant to sit together, amicably resolve the issues relating to land allotment and the proposed construction of the STP.

4. We further direct the District Collector to extend his assistance by convening a meeting to take a decision on the matter referred to above.

5. Post the matter on 13.10.2025.
