1. Mr. Bissa, learned counsel for the respondents informs that the order under consideration passed by Co-ordinate Bench in petitioners' writ petitions has been reversed by the Division Bench vide its order dated 14.02.2020, passed in bunch of cases led by DB Special Appeal No. 99/2019 (State of Rajasthan Vs. Ram Gopal Jagga) and submits that the contempt petitions are thus, liable to be dismissed.
2. Mr. Bhati, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have preferred a review petition against said Division Bench judgment and the same are pending, hence, present contempt petitions be kept pending until the Division Bench decides those review petitions.
3. Having regard to the fact that the Division Bench has set aside the order passed in petitioners' writ petitions, in the considered opinion of this Court, contempt petition cannot be kept pending wherein non-compliance of the order of Single Judge is alleged. The notices of contempt are hereby discharged.
4. The contempt petitions stand disposed of for statistical purposes.

5. Needless to observe that, in case review petitions, said to have been filed by the petitioners, are allowed and the order of the Court is altered and/or modified, the petitioners shall be free to file a fresh contempt petitions, in accordance with law.
