Section 5(1) in The Buildings And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 1996
(1)The appropriate Government may constitute one or more expert committees consisting of persons specially qualified in building or other construction work for advis- ing that Government for making rules under this Act.
