Section 38(2) in Jharkhand Tourism Development and Registration Act, 2015
(2)Any person who refuses on demand to show his certificate to, or allowed to be read by, any of the persons authorized to demand it, shall be punishable with fine not exceeding Rs. 10,000.00.
