Section 22(ii) in The Madurai City Municipal Corporation Service Rules, 1975
(ii)disciplinary proceedings are initiated against him for corruption or other serious misconduct and he is specifically informed in writing that the question of considering the suitability for full membership will be taken to only after the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings.
