Section 12(3) in The Insurance Regulatory And Development Authority (Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Regulations, 2000
(3)Where on an appeal or a representation by an officer and other employee, his removal, discharge of suspension from service is revoked after due process, the entitlement to allowance and other benefits shall accrue to him in terms of the order of revocation, passed by the competent authority.
