Section 10(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Accidents Claims Tribunal) Rules, 1960
(1)The Claims Tribunal may at any time during the course of an inquiry before it visit the site at which the accident occurred for the purpose of making a local inspection or examining any persons likely to be able to give information relevant to the proceeding.
