Section 3(2) in The Punjab Industrial Housing Act, 1956
(2)The State Government may by a declaration published in the Official Gazette specify from time to time such houses with the names of the towns where situate and the declaration shall be conclusive evidence that the houses were constructed by the State Government for occupation by industrial workers under the Subsidized Industrial Housing Scheme.
