Section 8 in The Allahabad High Court Bench Secretaries (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005
8. Appointment.
- On the occurrence of vacancies in any categories of posts of Bench Secretaries of the High Court the Appointing Authority shall make appointment of the persons, duly selected, in the order in which their names appear in the select list.
