Section 176(1) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(1)In all cases the pending enquiry award shall be stopped on receipt of intimation by the Base Supply Officer, Bombay, from the Controller of Defence Accounts (Pensions) regarding the acceptance or rejection of the claim.
