Section 18 in Rajasthan Animals and Birds Sacrifice (Prohibition) Act, 1975
18. Effect of other laws.
(1)No provision of the Electricity Act 1910 (Central Act No. IX of 1910) the Electricity Supply Act 1948 (Central Act No. 54 of 1948) or any other Act for the time being in force and of any rule made under any of those Acts or of any instrument, including licence, having effect by virtue of any of those Act or any rule made thereunder, shall in so far as it is inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act have any effect.(2)Save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Electricity Act, 1910 and the Electricity Supply Act 1948.
