Section 7(1) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(1)No Court employee shall, except with the previous permission of the Registrar General own wholly or in part, or conduct, or participate in the editing or managing of, any news paper or other periodical publication.
