Section 9 in Punjab Panchayat Samitis and Zila Parishads Act, 1961
9. Rights and privileges of Co-opted Members.-
The Co-opted Members shall have the same rights and privileges as Primary Members and shall have the right to vote at a meeting of the Panchayat Samiti:Provided that such right of vote shall not be exercisable for the election of a Co-opted Member.
