Section 2(h) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(h)“physiotherapist” means a person who possess physiotherapy qualification obtained from a recognized institution specified in Schedule II and whose name has been enrolled in the Register of Physiotherapists;
