Section 18(1) in West Bengal Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1960
(1)The Council shall, as soon as may be, after its first constitution, arrange for the registration of veterinary practitioners and for that purpose, shall, by notification in (he Official Gazette, appoint a date on or before which applications for first registration of names shall be made by veterinary practitioners qualified for registration under this Act.
