Section 156C in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
156C. [ Appointment to Lower and Upper Division posts of Assistants in the office of the Conservator of Forests, incharge of Circles. [Inserted by C.S. No. 26 dated 4.1.1976.]
- (i) Appointment to posts of Lower Division Assistant in Conservator of Forest Office will be made by the respective Conservators from the list of successful candidates. The candidates will be examined in two papers viz., (i) Precis writings and Essays, and (ii) General Knowledge.And will be required to obtain at least 50 per cent marks in each subject to qualify for appointment. The selection will be made by the Selection Board constituted by the Chief Conservator of Forests, Bihar for the respective circles.(ii)For promotion to the post of Upper Division Assistants in Circle Officer, Rule 157(3)(J) corrected will be followed.]
