- Notifications defining the jurisdiction of Magistrates to whom reports should be made in cases of railway accident and criminal cases occurring on railway lines are published in the Calcutta Gazette from time to time and reproduced in the Police Gazette. The officers concerned shall note them carefully and keep them in a permanent guard file for guidance.
