FACTS
Heard today dated 17.1.2012. Appellant not present. The Department is represented by Shri A. K. Jain, ASP, Saharanpur and Inspector Sanjay Singh. They are heard.
2. The matter, in short, is that the appellant was considered for the post of Branch Postmaster and was placed in the merit list. However, the selection process was subsequently cancelled by the superior authorities. In this connection, the appellant had sought copy of the merit list prepared by the Department alongwith some other information.
3. In my opinion, this information is fully disclosable to the appellant. Hence, the CPIO is hereby directed to supply requested information to the appellant in 04 weeks time.
