Section 54 in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.
54. Removal of difficulty. -
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the State Government may take such steps or issue such orders not inconsistent with this Act as may be necessary for removal of the difficulty.
