Section 11(b) in Delhi District Courts (Right to Information) Rules, 2008
(b)Documents to accompany appeal. - Every appeal made to the First Appellate Authority shall be accompanied by following documents :(i)Self-attested copies of the orders or documents of the Public Information Officer or of the Assistant Public Information Officer against which the appeal is being preferred; and(ii)copies of documents relied upon and referred to by the appellant in the appeal.
