Section 6 in Bank of Baroda (Employees') Pension Regulation, 1995
6. Liability of the Provident Fund Trust.
- The Provident Fund trust shall, immediately after constitution of the Fund, transfer to the Bank of Baroda (Employees') Pension Fund, the accumulated balance of the contribution of the Bank to the Provident Fund and interest accrued thereon upto the date of such transfer in respect of every employee.
