                               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                  O R D E R

On 25.7.2016, this Court had directed for deposit of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees two crore only). Vide order dated 6.9.2016, it has been taken note of that the said amount has already been deposited. On that day, a direction was issued to deposit a further sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees two crore only) before the Registry of this Court.

Mr. Rakesh Khanna, learned senior counsel would submit that today is the last day for depositing the amount and he may be permitted to furnish a bank guarantee. Mr. Anil Soni, learned counsel for the AICTE opposed the same.

We are only inclined to extend the time for depositing the Signature Not Verified amount till 17.10.2016.

Call on the date fixed, i.e., 18.10.2016.
