Section 20(4) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Licencing for Transmission of Electricity) Regulations, 2007
(4)The Commission may, by an interim or final order, direct the Licensee under this Regulation to cease to transmit electricity in the area of operation or any part thereof.
