Section 126(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Forest (Protection) Force Rules, 2012
(1)The indents for controlled stores received from Joint Director will be consolidated in the office of the Director and forwarded to Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India through concerned Secretariat for securing necessary supplies, which will be made by the Ordnance Depot concerned under the directions of Government of India.
