Section 8 in Vegetable Oils Grading and Marking Rules, 1955
8. Special conditions of certificate of authorization.
- In addition to the conditions specified in sub-rule (8) of rule 3 of the General Grading & Marking Rules, 1988, the conditions set out in Schedule III shall be the conditions of every Certificate of Authorisation issued for the purpose of these rules.
