Section 4(n) in The U.P. Judicial Service Rules, 2001
(n)"Civil Judge (Junior Division)" means and includes Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Judicial Magistrate of the 1st Class, Metropolitan Magistrate and any other members of the service posted under any other nomenclature.
