FACTS
Vide RTI dt 15.6.11, appellant had sought information on five points regarding UGC NET held on 26.12.10.
2. PIO vide letter dt 15.7.11, provided a partial response informing the appellant that there is no provision to provide copy of OMR sheet/answer sheet.
3. An appeal was filed on 7.9.11.
4. AA vide order dt 11.10.11, provided additional information and informed the appellant that the matter regarding providing copy of OMR sheets is under consideration.
5. Submissions made by the appellant and public authority were heard. AA submitted that copies of the answer sheet and other details were provided vide their letter dt 28.11.12. Appellant submitted that page 25 of the answer sheet is missing.
DECISION 1
6. PIO is directed to provide a full set of the answer sheet to the appellant within ten days.
The appeal is disposed of.
