Section 15(4) in The Maharashtra State Council For Occupational Therapy And Physiotherapy Act, 2002
(4)Officers and servants of the Council appointed under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (Act LXV of 1860).
