Section 67 in The Tripura Co-operative Societies Act, 1974
67. Term of office of the members of the committee.
- The members of the committee of a society shall hold office for such term not exceeding three years as may be prescribed in bye-laws. After the term of office the committee shall hand over the charge of office of the committee to the newly elected committee forthwith.
