That no reply has been filed as requested for by the learned counsel for the Respondents and as allowed by the Court. 2. Mr. Siddhant Sawhney, learned counsel appears for the Respondents and seeks accommodation on the ground that his Senior is not available.

4. It is made clear that if the Respondents do not comply with the order dated 17th April, 2024 or are not ready to go on with the matter, this Court will hear the matter and pass appropriate orders.
