19. Controller of Examinations.
(1)The Controller of Examinations shall be a whole time salaried officer of the University. He shall be appointed by the University with the prior approval of the State Government.(2)The qualifications, terms and conditions of service and the tenure of the Controller of Examination shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
