Section 1 in Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) This Act may be called the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995.(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Punjab.(3)This Act shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas of the State.
