Section 433(1) in Rules under the United Provinces Excise Act, 1910
(1)a permit from the Collector, Deputy Commissioner or any other officer, specially appointed in this behalf of the district of the importing State or Union Territory to which the country spirit is to be exported authorising the import of the country spirit;
