Section 11(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
(2)The Registrar shall maintain and keep the register in such form, as may be prescribed, and shall.contain the name, address and qualifications of every registered practitioner together with the dates on which such qualifications were acquired. The register shall be divided into following parts, namely:(a)Register of Nurses;(b)Register of Midwives; and(c)Register of. Health Visitors.
