Till the next date of listing, further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 906 of 2009 under sections 380, 427, 504, 506, 120-A I.P.C., P.S. Chowk, District Varanasi pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III Varanasi shall remain stayed.
